The WALL of
SHAME
Miami's Worst Customer Service stores, business' and restaurants
We have become a society where fast service has over taken Good Service.
After one too many times being on the receiving end of poor customer
service I decided to create this page.  I also have a wall dedicated to the
"Wall of FAME for Outstanding Service to the Public." Check it out!!!
E-mail me if you would like to submit a name to either list.  You must give me
your real name to make a submission,  the date  of occurrence, an
explanation as why this place, person or service needs to be "walled".
All submissions will have who submitted it attached to comments.

Companies or people that have improved greatly are taken off this list.
They may even end up on the "wall of Fame"!

Don't know if they have
improved - never went back
to store.

I did send a letter to
corporate office with
suggestions on how to make
the store more mom friendly.

I heard from a worker at
the store via e-mail in 2005,
who told me they agreed
with me and that things had
never changed. As I said I do
not shop there, but at BEST
BUY.

Never went back - but have
heard from others of
similar stories, but none
who want to go on record.

(I do want to make note that
the doctors who work here
have
NEVER received a
complaint - in fact they've
gotten praises.  It was just
the office staff.)

Being a single mom who has
learned to make minor
repairs herself, I have
found that most Home Depot
stores cater to the males,
and tend to blow off
questions and service from
their female customers.

Only one store has
consistently been there as a
helpful store for me and
that has been the Home
Depot store located at the
Mall of the Americas. Kudos
to Them!
American Signature
Furniture

near the Palmetto
next to Best Buy
It never ceases to amaze me
that business' treat women
differently than men.

This furniture store shown
the following offenses:
1. Was late delivering in every
order
2.Delivered the wrong items
3. Gave a hard time about
picking up wrong orders
4. Continued to delivery wrong
items a second time
5. Was rude to the wife, and
gave one story after another.
Yet, when speaking to the
husband, became very nice to
resolve problems.

This page is meant as a public service to improve customer services to the public
of Miami-Dade county.

People have forgotten that their jobs - and I mean everyone's job is only there
because someone else needs them.  Bosses need their workers, Co-worker need
each other, companies need their clients,  and so on and so on.......

Being "Walled" happens because somewhere along the way someone forgot or
someone believed and lived this very basic fact.

To be  placed on either wall means someone or some company has either shown
a continued type of service or has had shown one extreme type of service.

Being walled is not for petty little annoyances that can occur, let's face it -
we ALL have had bad days where our behavior should have been better.

Nor should being walled be for simple  acts of Kindness - random or not.
Famers get walled because they went beyond a simple act of service.
